Payments
There could be several reasons why your payment isn’t going through:

Insufficient Funds: Please check if there are enough funds in your account or on your card.

Incorrect Card Details: Double-check that your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing information are entered correctly.

Bank Restrictions: Your bank may have blocked the transaction due to security settings or limits on online payments. Contact your bank to authorize the payment.

Card Not Supported: We may not support certain card types or payment methods. Please try using a different card or method (e.g. debit/credit card, EFT, etc.).

Connection Issue: A weak internet connection or timeout during checkout may cause the transaction to fail. Try refreshing the page or using a different device/browser.

Payment Gateway Error: Occasionally, the payment processor may experience downtime. If the issue persists, please contact us so we can assist or provide alternative options.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Check Eligibility:
Refunds are only granted in specific cases, such as:-
Duplicate payment

Service not delivered as promised

An error on our side (e.g., wrong listing placement or category)

Please note: Refunds are not issued for change of mind, lack of engagement with your listing, or incorrect information submitted by you.

Submit Your Request:
Send an email to finance@iryse.africa with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Your Order or Listing Name]”
Include the following in your message:-
Your full name

Contact details

Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or transaction reference)

Reason for the refund request

Wait for Review:
Our team will assess your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase or listing activation.
To redeem a coupon on iryse.africa, follow these simple steps:
Choose Your Service:
Select the paid service you’d like to use (e.g. featured listing, sponsored post, or promotional package).Go to Checkout:
Proceed to the payment or checkout page.Enter Your Coupon Code:
Look for the field labeled “Coupon Code” or “Discount Code” and enter your code exactly as it appears (case-sensitive, no spaces).Apply the Code:
Click “Apply” or “Submit” to activate the discount. The total price should update automatically.Complete Payment:
Continue with the payment process to confirm your order at the discounted rate.
📌 Note:
Each coupon has an expiry date and may only be used once.
Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
